I'm Damon Millar. I run an accountancy practice in the UK and work as a fractional CFO and business advisor to owner-managed businesses.

I built this because of a pattern I keep noticing in my own work. Firm owners can tell you the effective tax rate of a client they took on last March. Ask them the effective hourly rate of their own bottom ten clients and the room goes quiet. The data sits in three different systems and nobody has ninety minutes spare between January and July.

These five roles close that gap. You paste in exports you already have, Claude does the analysis, and you get a short list of decisions with a verdict against each one.

What's Inside

  1. Before you start. The three exports you need, and the client data rule you shouldn't break.
  2. How the roles work. The verdict system that stops Claude handing you a wall of observations.
  3. Role 1: Fee Mapper. Effective hourly rate per client, and the fees that haven't moved in years.
  4. Role 2: Recovery Tracker. Where WIP turns into write-off, and whether it's an accident or a habit.
  5. Role 3: Client Grader. The client list ranked by profit instead of loyalty.
  6. Role 4: Capacity Planner. Next January, modelled in August, while you can still do something about it.
  7. Role 5: Advisory Spotter. The clients already asking advisory questions without calling them that.
  8. The run order. Why the sequence matters and what a finished run looks like.

Before You Start

By the end of this section you'll have the three files every role runs on, sitting in one folder.

Everything here comes out of systems you already pay for. No new software.
