I'm Damon Millar. I run an accountancy practice in the UK and work as a fractional CFO and business advisor to owner-managed businesses.
I built this because of a pattern I keep noticing in my own work. Firm owners can tell you the effective tax rate of a client they took on last March. Ask them the effective hourly rate of their own bottom ten clients and the room goes quiet. The data sits in three different systems and nobody has ninety minutes spare between January and July.
These five roles close that gap. You paste in exports you already have, Claude does the analysis, and you get a short list of decisions with a verdict against each one.

By the end of this section you'll have the three files every role runs on, sitting in one folder.
Everything here comes out of systems you already pay for. No new software.
